I'm David Ursino — a Managing Broker in the Greater Toronto Area who has managed hundreds of agents across GTA brokerages. Registered since 2007, managing since 2018. My day-to-day is equal parts operations, compliance, training, and staying ahead of what's coming next.
What's coming next is AI. I've spent the last few years building real AI tools and workflows into how our brokerage actually runs — not in a lab, not in a demo, but in production, with real agents, real transactions, and real regulatory obligations under TRESA, RECO, and FINTRAC.
BrokerBotics.ai is where I take what I've built and make it available to agents across Canada (initially launching in Ontario). The tools work. The workflows are tested. And the compliance lens is built in from the start — because shortcuts get licences suspended.
